Our in-game chat support is always available.So you can book now and start in 5 minutes – or play in 6 months. Since the game also uses a puzzle sheet that’s ideally printed out, we recommend a short prep time beforehand.

Your booked tickets are valid for 12 months. If that period is exceeded, just contact our support – we’ll surely find a solution.Once activated, you have 6 hours to complete the game. The route is designed to take around 2 hours, but there’s plenty of buffer time in case you want to explore the area or take a coffee break.

When booking, you select the number of groups you need. You’ll then receive an individual link for each team, including all key information and access details. You can either forward these by email or hand them out on the day of the event.

Each team starts independently and plays at its own pace. All teams are connected within the game and can communicate via chat.

The confirmation email also includes a "Results" link. After the game, teams can view their ranking and download team photos.

For team-building events, we send out print-ready PDFs with all access details. The results link is only sent to the game organizer – keeping the suspense alive until the very end.

For team-building events or school groups with 20 or more participants, we also offer payment by invoice.

Each team needs one smartphone to download our app.

You’ll also need the puzzle sheet. After booking, you can download it and ideally print it out. If you’re booking last-minute and don’t have access to a printer, you can use it digitally on a smartphone instead.
